I need to make this a quick post since I’m having to sort through a lot of trouble right now.
We’ve had some issues with our datacenter, and in the confusion, they’ve sort of unplugged our premium servers.
I’m talking to them right now and I’ll get this sorted ASAP. All customers will get an appropriate extension on their accounts for this downtime.
