		<description>I am pretty sure it&#039;s not my connection now. I couldn&#039;t cap the speed on my uncle&#039;s house (500kb/s) and now I can&#039;t even cap my own house&#039;s speed. (200kb/s). Speedtest gives me both speeds at their maximum.

I would appreciate if you could look into it, nothing like this ever happened before the server migration. :S</description>
